The Space

This 2,700-square-foot villa backs onto a beautiful forest and consists of three separate structures: the Main House, a Detached Suite, and an Outdoor Bathroom. The five spacious bedrooms are divided between the main house and the poolside detached suite, ensuring exceptional comfort and privacy.

Each bedroom is uniquely decorated to evoke a journey around the world, providing guests with a distinctive and memorable stay. Amenities in every room include:

• Blackout curtains
• Private bathrooms

High-speed fiber optic internet (200 Mbps WiFi) is available, ideal for remote work.

Main House

The main house contains three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and patio doors opening to the pool area. The master suite features an exclusive outdoor shower surrounded by lush greenery.

The fully equipped kitchen connects to an elegant living room with a 65-inch 4K Smart TV. Outside, the pool area includes:

• Covered terrace with a large dining table
• BBQ grill
• Lounge chairs
• Comfortable outdoor lounge seating

Each bedroom and the outdoor space provide direct access to the pool, sunbeds, and lounge chairs, creating a private and charming atmosphere.

Detached Suite

Located beyond the pool for added privacy, the detached family suite offers two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed plus a custom child’s bed (65" x 33") suitable for a child or small teenager. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. Both rooms have patio doors with direct pool access.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire villa, including the pool and garden. Additional services available include:

Location

Casa Duna Grande is conveniently situated near a small shopping center and grocery store (Automercado) offering a variety of international products. The villa is close to the fine sandy beach and downtown Tamarindo, a popular spot for surfing and known for its diverse activities, dining, and vibrant nightlife.

Although the beach is within walking distance, due to warm weather and possible traffic, using a golf cart or car is recommended for comfort and convenience.

From this central location, guests can explore many of Costa Rica’s natural wonders and adventures, such as:

• Guided excursions to nearby volcanoes and waterfalls

Additional Information

Please note:

• Construction is ongoing in the surrounding area, which may cause occasional noise disturbances. This is common in most Tamarindo neighborhoods.
• Construction next door is in progress, but noisy work is not conducted on weekends or during the Christmas holiday.
• The noisy phase of the project is expected to conclude by February 2026.

*Housekeeping and breakfast services are not provided on Sundays and public holidays. Breakfast is also not served on the day of check-out. Concierge service operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

**The villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 1 child. Rates are based on 6 guests. For groups of 7 to 11, an additional fee of USD 30 per person per night applies.
