Thank you for your feedback.<br/>Regarding the golf cart, we had shared a link for a company we usually work with, which is fully licensed and authorized. However, you chose to book with a different provider without informing us. As we are located in a luxury gated community where safety regulations are strictly enforced, it is normal that vehicles not meeting the required standards are not allowed to enter.<br/>As for getting around, some guests do choose to walk to the supermarket or town, while others prefer renting a golf cart for more comfort, especially in the heat. This is something we clearly mention in our guidebook so guests can choose the option that suits them best.<br/>Regarding the pricing, rates were higher due to the Easter holiday period, which is one of the busiest times of the year.<br/>We are pleased to hear that you overall had a good stay, and we would be happy to welcome you again in the future.
