Welcome to Marsh Madness
Flowers Vacation Rentals welcomes you to Marsh Madness, a newly built, architecturally designed home created to meet all your vacation needs. This three-story concrete house accommodates up to eight guests and is enclosed by a 6-foot fence with an electric gate for convenience, privacy, and security.
The property features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom.
The Space
The entire top floor is dedicated to Bedroom 1, which includes a private balcony and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Guests can also see the Placencia Lagoon and the Maya Mountains from the property.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the main second floor and feature the following sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
Each bedroom has a private balcony with sea views, offering the opportunity to enjoy spectacular sunrises from your room. For additional sleeping capacity, the main sofa converts into a queen-size futon for up to two extra guests.
Kitchen and Dining
The home includes a modern, open-concept kitchen with views of the lagoon and sea. Features include:
- Hardwood cabinetry
- New stainless steel appliances
- Kitchen utensils and cookware
- A live-edge mahogany dining table with seating for everyone
Design and Amenities
The house incorporates locally sourced hardwoods throughout. A hand-carved wooden door created by a local artisan welcomes guests to the main floor. The furniture and platform beds were also locally designed and crafted using Belizean hardwoods.

If you prefer the pool to the ocean, the property offers a large swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children:

This waterfront property is situated between the road and the sea, offering a private setting within the beautiful Plantation community on the Placencia Peninsula.

My family and I had a wonderful time here! We stayed for three nights and barely left the yard. I have two small sons that spent hours each day in the pool. They provided a lot of pool toys as well as kayaks for the ocean which is steps away from the front door. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but when we had a question about checkout, they responded right away. The house is obviously very well maintained and was very clean. We will definitely be booking here again!!

The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a standout feature and made the place feel extra relaxing and enjoyable. The property does have beach access, which is a nice bonus. However, the beach area is quite small and wasn’t ideal for swimming during our stay—possibly due to the season. It’s still a lovely spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the sound of the water. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll definitely need some form of transportation, as the nearest restaurants and larger beach areas aren’t within easy walking distance. Overall, it’s a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, especially if you’re looking to unwind.
