I cannot say enough positive things about Juan and his home. We arrived early and he let us leave our baggage at the house and we headed to the beach. I had endless questions and Juan answered them in a very timely manner. We even had an incident with the pool and the raccoons and he took care of it right away :) The bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing and comfortable and the AC was really nice after a long day. The noise from the road was non-existent on our stay and parking was never a problem. We cooked at home with our 4 kids every night except one. A few more pots and pans would have been nice, but again, we cooked at home more than the usual guests. Juan, thank you!!! You are amazing

The house is perfect and the location incredible. Juan was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The only thing we didn't expect was having to park our cars on the street. Juan apologized because it was advertised differently, but the place is very safe and we didn't have to worry about that. Highly recommended!

We loved this very pura vida spot! The outdoor vibe was very beachy and the attached cafe was a fun touch. Amazing location. There is a raccoon so keep all your food in the fridge.

Loved my stay here. This is the perfect location in Santa Theresa with great beach access and restaurants in walking distance in both directions. Also the backdoor leading to a cafe is a fun amenity. A/c was great in all rooms, pool is small but fun, and the open layout feels beachy. Will definitely stay here again!

What a special place this is! We had an incredible week at Juan's magical home. It's true outdoor living, in the best way, where you'll truly feel like you're living in the jungle. It's also steps to the beach, attached to a wonderfully charming cafe (great food, great coffee, great vibes) which made getting breakfast so easy. It's also surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, and cute little shops. Juan himself was really sweet and super responsive - it was great having little moments chatting with him. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. It's so unique and makes for such a special stay in this charming little community. Thanks Juan, we'd love to come back!

Juan's Villa in Santa Teresa is great! Located right across from the beach break in Santa Teresa for surfing, it couldn’t have been more convenient to walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset surf sessions. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy the town, yet peaceful and relaxing. The pool and kitchen are great perks, and the cleaning staff are all very helpful as well. Juan is an incredible host, always incredibly responsive and attentive. He makes sure you have everything you need, providing excellent recommendations for things to do, including the best surf spots, restaurants, nightlife, horseback riding tours, and quad rentals. Juan even went above and beyond by offering to set up quad rentals and have them delivered directly to the villa. Plus, El Patio Cafe, located right in front, served amazing food. —Juan’s hospitality truly made this a wonderful experience!

The house was spacious, close to the beach, and had the perfect balance of comfort and style. I loved the outdoor area and it was conveniently connected to a coffee shop. Overall, this Airbnb made for the perfect girls' weekend. We all left feeling refreshed and grateful for the wonderful memories we made. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a spot to catch up with friends, I highly recommend this place!
