The space The bright, air conditioned, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, walks out onto the spacious porch of Casa Copper’s Main House. The same porch is also accessible from the open concept kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator (with filtered water and ice dispenser), cook top, microwave, Nuwave Infrared oven, Instant Pot, and all the conveniences you would expect to find at home. The custom teak breakfast bar has two stools, making it a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while looking out at the rain forest. The living room has a large flat-screen television, and desk with chair for your ‘vacation' office. The property has 100mb wifi. The large porch with industrial ceiling fans is outdoor living at its best, offering stunning jungle, and pool views. The porch is set up as an outdoor living room and dining room and includes cushioned spaces for just sitting and watching the monkeys, sloths, and many varieties of birds, including toucans and scarlet macaws. The area around the private pool includes the two story Pool House. On the lower level, there is a half bathroom, laundry room, and outdoor shower with river rock and custom teak enclosure. You won't want to leave this little piece of paradise! NEW: The upper level of the Pool House now has a bedroom, (available by adding a third and up to a fourth guest for additional charges) with king bed, air conditioning, desk with chair, and mini fridge. The balcony off the Pool House bedroom is equipped with a hammock and chairs, and is a great place to enjoy the slight ocean view. This bedroom does NOT have an ensuite bathroom. The dedicated bathroom for this second bedroom is on the lower level of the Pool House, accessible the main exterior staircase. Please note: When only two guests are staying at the villa, the Pool House bedroom remains locked and is not available to be booked by a separate group, providing you exclusive use of the whole property. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests. What you see in the photos is all our property and the pool is for your private use only. The main photo of the Villa shows the one story Main House on the left, and the two story Pool House on the right. The main floor of the Pool House is where the half bathroom, laundry room, and outdoor shower are located. The second floor of the Pool House is a second bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning and balcony. The Pool House Bedroom is only available by adding a third and up to a fourth guest, for additional charges. If you are booking the Villa for only two guests, the Pool House Bedroom, and it's balcony will not be accessible, during your stay. Please note, we never book the Pool House Bedroom separately. If you book the Villa for only two guests, the Pool House bedroom will remain locked and unoccupied, so you do not have to worry about sharing the property with another group. Other things to note Your rental fee includes Concierge Service. Once your booking is confirmed you will be put in touch with our incredible Concierge team that can assist with airport transfers, car rentals, tour bookings, in house chef services, in house spa services. Costa Rica has switched from a 13% Sales Tax to a 13% Value Added Tax resulting in vacation rental properties now having to charge the 13% tax. This tax is added onto your reservation fee as "Management Fee" so that it can be collected without increasing your Airbnb service fee. The villa accommodates two guests in the main house, with an option to add a third or fourth guest by accessing the upper-level bedroom in the Pool House. If only two guests are staying, the Pool House bedroom remains locked and unused.

## The Space

The bright and air-conditioned primary bedroom in the main house includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. It opens onto a spacious porch that is also accessible from the open-concept kitchen and living room.

The expansive porch, fitted with industrial ceiling fans, serves as an outdoor living and dining area. It offers impressive views of the jungle and pool, with comfortable seating to relax and observe local wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, toucans, and scarlet macaws.

## Pool House

The private pool area includes a two-story Pool House. The lower level contains:

- Half bathroom  
- Laundry room  
- Outdoor shower with river rock flooring and custom teak enclosure  

The upper level of the Pool House features a bedroom available when adding a third or fourth guest for an additional fee. This bedroom includes:

- King-size bed  
- Air conditioning  
- Desk with chair  
- Mini fridge  
- Balcony with hammock and chairs offering a slight ocean view  

Please note, this bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. The dedicated bathroom for this room is located on the Pool House’s lower level and is accessible via the main exterior staircase.

When only two guests stay at the villa, the Pool House bedroom remains locked and is not rented separately, ensuring exclusive use of the entire property.

## Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private pool. The main photo of the villa shows the one-story Main House on the left and the two-story Pool House on the right.

- Main floor of the Pool House: half bathroom, laundry room, outdoor shower  
- Second floor of the Pool House: second bedroom with king bed, air conditioning, and balcony (available only when adding third and fourth guests)  

The Pool House bedroom is never booked separately. For two-guest bookings, this bedroom and its balcony remain locked and unoccupied, so there is no sharing of the property with other groups.

The rental fee includes concierge service. After booking, guests will be connected with a dedicated concierge team who can assist with:
