The Space
This cute and modern one-bedroom apartment is located in a safe, private gated community with access to gorgeous beaches and a pool right outside your door. The apartment is next to the main house but is fully independent and private. There is no access to the apartment through the main house. Your entrance is located via the backyard, and you can access it using the unlocked side gate.
As you walk into the apartment, you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A dining/living room space
- A door separating the kitchen and living space from the bedroom
- A bathroom located just outside the bedroom for convenience
The bedroom features a split air conditioning unit and a television. The large air conditioning unit can cool down the entire apartment when the bedroom door is open.
Location
The apartment is just minutes away from the town of Tamarindo, where food options are limitless and the nightlife is vibrant. You can make use of the onsite golf cart (for an extra fee) to explore the surrounding area or bring a car to see all that this place has to offer, including:
- Awesome jungles
- Zip lining
- Quad tours
- Mountain bike trails
- An abundance of cultural experiences
Amenities
- Access to a shared patio and backyard, including the pool
- Scheduled cleaning services available for a fee
- Laundry service not included; a laundromat is located in Tamarindo Beach

Denise and Thomas were wonderful hosts! We had an amazing trip. They were accommodating, welcoming, and provided a clean, peaceful, warm environment for us to enjoy our vacation. Denise even went out of her way to help us book an excursion when we struggled with the language barrier. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed during our trip. I highly recommend Denise’s place! The location is amazing, the home is cozy, and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Costa Rica. Above all, Denise and Thomas are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. I loved staying here—amazing beaches are just minutes away, and I even got to see a baby white-tailed deer while walking to the beach! I’m a local, and honestly, this place is unmatched.

The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities; the location is private and safe, within walking distance of the beach and restaurant options. The hosts' service is excellent; they are very attentive and helpful. We recommend it 100%; this is our second time staying here, and we will be back.

We spent 6 days at the accommodation, and it was great. Comfortable bed, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Denise and Thomas are very friendly and offer great advice. Thank you again for your thoughtful touches! The property is located in a kind of small, secure town with private access to 3 beautiful beaches, which is a big plus. Tamarindo is also a 20–25-minute drive away for a bit more entertainment. I recommend it!
