Outsite Santa Teresa - Maramar is a modern jungle villa perched above Santa Teresa on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, with sweeping Pacific Ocean views. Surrounded by lush greenery and ocean breezes, the villa features open-air living and coworking spaces that make it easy to transition between focused work and downtime.
The property is located within Maramar, a gated hillside community. Guests check in with the security guard at the community entrance before continuing up a private driveway to the house. A community pool near the entrance provides a convenient place to stop on the way back from town.
The pace here is quieter and more secluded than at Outsite’s other Santa Teresa property, making it a good fit for guests seeking a calmer base.

Important Information
- This is an adults-only property. All guests must be at least 18 years old.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property.
- The property is located inside a gated community at the top of a steep hill. Renting an ATV is essentially necessary for the stay, as the driveway is very steep. An ATV is recommended even for confident walkers.
- Taxis and private drivers can reach the property.
- On their first arrival, guests must show identification to the security guard at the community gate.
- Common areas are cleaned three times per week.
- Complimentary room cleaning is available for weekly and monthly stays. Message us to arrange it.

Great place with a fantastic view! Perfect if you want to meet interesting people, work in peace and be close to town and the beach to enjoy Santa Teresa to the fullest. We loved it! P.S. We were really glad to have a car, because walking up the hill is quite exhausting.

Overall a good experience and I enjoyed the people I shared the space with. Loved the view. Would try another Outsite house in the future. Only negatives were cleanliness/upkeep/lack of privacy, but it was not too bad in those regards and was probably in line with what could be expected for the price and style of co-living accommodation.

This is a stunning place in Santa Teresa with all in its right place and Vera tatsteful furniture. The amneties are also exquisite. Just bear in mind you will need a vehicle to get up and down the hill.
