Welcome to The Haven, a modern home with a private pool in the gated Mar Vista resort community near Playa Flamingo. Surrounded by dry tropical forest, the home offers peaceful views, comfortable living spaces, and the chance to hear local howler monkeys moving through the trees.

This newly built, single-level home features a split floor plan and is well suited for couples, families, and friends. It is located approximately 50 minutes from Liberia International Airport.

Dogs are welcome at The Haven. The following requirements apply:

• A refundable $500 deposit is required to cover potential damage.
• An additional $75 cleaning fee applies.
• All pets must be approved in advance.
• Puppies and pets other than dogs are not permitted.

The Haven is located within the 900-acre Mar Vista Community near Flamingo and Brasilito Beach.

The clubhouse, infinity pool, hiking and biking trails, and 24-hour security are available to guests at no additional cost. Tennis, pickleball, basketball, gym access, and yoga classes are not included with the rental and require an additional fee. Daily and weekly passes are available.

Location

Flamingo Beach, part of the Costa Rican Riviera, is approximately 1.5 miles from the property. The beach features a mile-long stretch of white sand with mild currents and tides, making it suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

Playa Grande, one of the world’s renowned surfing beaches, is approximately 45 minutes away by car. The lively surf town of Tamarindo is also nearby, offering shopping, surf lessons, restaurants, and nightlife.

A rental car is recommended for convenient transportation in the area. Assistance is available with:

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked owner’s closet.
