The Space

This unique dog-trot-style home features two separate buildings connected by open outdoor spaces. Large rooms, high ceilings, and expansive windows create the feeling of standing directly on the shoreline.

The main building includes:

• An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for family gatherings
• A modern kitchen with an adjacent dining area
• A gas fireplace in the dining area with ocean views
• A living room with large windows overlooking the beach
• A separate television room with a bathroom
• A master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and stacked washer and dryer

The second building offers two bedrooms with private entrances:

• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed and full bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds, each with a full-size lower bed and twin-size upper bed, plus an attached full bathroom

All three bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms with double sinks, separate toilet rooms, and large walk-in showers.

The beachfront patio includes:

• A semi-covered outdoor dining area
