Location

This unique villa is situated in the growing Tamarindo Hills area, offering convenient access to nearby sites and amenities. You will enjoy a beautiful sea view while being just a 15-minute walk from the beach, bank, shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, gym, and the Thursday night market.

Since the house is perched at the top of a hill, transportation is recommended for ease of access.

The Space

Villa Tamahills has been designed with a Balinese-inspired style, allowing you to admire the sea view from every living area. The ground floor features an open kitchen connected to a fully equipped living room, along with an adjoining pantry and laundry room ideal for storage.

After returning from the beach, you can refresh with an outdoor shower before relaxing in the infinity pool while watching the sunset over the sea.

The villa includes four independent bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and stunning sea views:

• Ground Floor Bedroom 1: King-size bed, desk, wardrobe, closet, bathroom with double sink, shower, and toilet.
• Upstairs Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom): King-size bed, sofa bed (prepared for 9 guests or fewer upon request), desk, wardrobe, and closet. The bathroom offers a double vanity, toilet, shower, bathtub, and an incredible sea view visible from both the bedroom and bathroom.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3: Each with king-size beds, desks, wardrobes, closets, and bathrooms with showers and toilets.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out is required by 10:00 a.m.
• Please note that on check-out day, the housekeeper starts cleaning at 9:00 a.m.

Laundry

The villa has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Access to this room is restricted to the housekeeper, who can wash your laundry upon request free of charge. Laundry services are unavailable when the housekeeper is not present.

Utilities

The villa is equipped with a 6,000-liter water tank to ensure a continuous water supply in case of city outages.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa. However, only the housekeeper is permitted to use the laundry room for cleaning laundry.

Additional Information

• The villa is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from Liberia Airport and about 4 hours and 30 minutes from San José Airport under normal traffic conditions. Shuttle services can be arranged upon request (not included in the rental price).
• The sofa bed in the master bedroom is automatically prepared when booking for 9 or 10 guests. If you require it for fewer guests, please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Power and water outages are common in Costa Rica. Temporary interruptions to electricity, Wi-Fi, or water may occur. However, water outages are unlikely due to the villa’s large water tank. We cannot be held responsible for such interruptions and will not provide financial compensation.
• The pool does not have a safety railing; children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• The stairs are not suitable for children or elderly guests. They can be slippery when wet, and running is not advised. Railings are installed for safety, but we cannot be held liable for accidents. Children should never be left unattended on the stairs or upstairs.
