Located on the 21st floor of Energy Living in El Poblado, this 4,000-square-foot residence pays tribute to Comuna 13, Medellín’s renowned center of graffiti and cultural expression. Nine custom murals by @chota_13 transform the home into a living gallery inspired by the city’s creative spirit.
The one-of-a-kind unit was recently featured in Maluma’s local Michelob Ultra commercial. With the entire top floor to yourself, you can enjoy balconies that wrap around the residence and provide 360-degree views from every angle.

An absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end. This penthouse is truly spectacular—massive, beautifully designed, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The space is impressive the moment you walk in, with a luxurious atmosphere, beautiful finishes, and plenty of room to relax and entertain. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of a fantastic area with excellent restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and everything else you could want nearby. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and privacy. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This room (floor) was absolutely amazing. The views are some of the best you can find in Medellin and the location is also safe and close to the nightlife. One standout feature is the jacuzzi. Just relaxing and looking over Medellin was great. Opening up the sliding doors and letting the wind blow through cannot be understated. I 100% recommend this penthouse and am already looking to return soon.

I loved our stay! There are a lot of great things about the apartment. Of course there is a great view, the master bedroom is AMAZING! However, there are so many other pluses. When calling for deliveries, or a car to take you somewhere, there is a space in front for them to pull over and pick you up. Also, the restaurant downstairs and the pool tables are great when it's raining and you want to spend a day inside. I stayed in 3 places before I arrived and this apartment had the best jacuzzi. When we did order from Rappi, every driver knew where the building was located. The staff was super responsive. My crew loved the place, and we will probably be back next year. All in all 10 out of 10!

This place was absolutely breathtaking! The views were incredible, and the surrounding area offered plenty of entertainment. Caro was very responsive, and I truly appreciated her flexibility with our check-in after a long 12-hour flight! I highly recommend this place for your trip to Medellin you won’t be disappointed everything inside the penthouse is so beautiful including the view and wall paintings!
