Guest Access

To enter the condominium, all guests must provide their names and identification at least 24 hours before arrival. If the information is not submitted in advance, it must be provided at check-in.

Once the reservation has been checked in, no additional guests may enter.

Upon arrival, each guest receives an access card, which must be returned at check-out. A lost card incurs a fee of 100,000 Colombian pesos.

Check-In Requirements

Foreign guests must send a photo of their passport in advance so they can be registered with the condominium and enjoy a faster check-in.
Colombian guests must provide a photo of their citizenship card.
If you are traveling with a minor relative, you must present notarized authorization signed by the minor’s parents, including the dates of the stay.
If the requested information is not provided in advance, check-in may take at least one hour.

House Rules and Additional Information

Visitors are not permitted.
A maximum of eight people may enter the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Utilities, including water and electricity used for air conditioning, are particularly expensive in Cartagena. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving, or open the balcony instead. We also appreciate keeping the air conditioning set to automatic mode.

Great location, good amenities. My only observations would be regarding the cleanliness and the luggage storage. We found some fungi in the showers, the place could use a deep cleaning. They have very limited times where they can store your luggage. Which can be inconvenient if you want to drop them and go explore either before checking or after checkout. Overall a good experience . Would come back.

The apartment is better than what is shown in the photos, quite spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. The view is beautiful, especially from the master bedroom. The host was always attentive and available to help. I will return to this apartment without any hesitation.

We had a great time with my family. Apartment was comfortable and spotless. Gym and pool were amazing, beach was right in front, mall right next.

I want to thank the Host of this beautiful place, thank you so much for the very nice attention of welcoming us with a basket of delicious tropical fruits. What a detail. Excellent experience. Jhorney was amazing, helpful and accommodating. The entire building staff is wonderful and makes you feel like home. I am very grateful for them all!
