In addition to the fantastic view, this home was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. It's conveniently located a short walk from all of the restaurants and activities in West Bay. Randall was responsive to any questions we had and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Randall. La communication a été excellente, il répond toujours très rapidement. Son logement est très spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour une famille de cinq : nous y étions extrêmement confortables. L’appartement est encore plus complet que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Tout est prévu pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur : chaises de plage, jeux gonflables pour les enfants, équipement de snorkeling et même un gilet de sauvetage pour les plus jeunes. Honnêtement, si nous avions su, nous n’aurions pas apporté autant de choses avec nous ! Le logement est également très bien situé : à distance de marche des restaurants, mais assez en retrait pour éviter la foule des croisiéristes. Nous avons eu l’impression de profiter d’une plage presque privée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un grand merci à Randall pour son hospitalité, nous recommandons vivement son logement.

We stayed here for two weeks and the place appeared nice and in a private location. The snorkeling out front past the boat channel was not as good as described. The house was spacious and had everything you need. Every room was equipped with a split unit A/C . The master bedroom where my wife, son and myself had an inoperable a/c unit. When we first arrived the weather was cloudy and mild so we didn’t notice much. But once it got hot this room and being on the top level became balmy hotbox. This made the room unusable and sleeping very uncomfortable. The owner did send someone who tried to fix it but it was ultimately determined that the unit needed to be replaced. I feel the owners should be checking their home and especially the amenities to be operational before they rent it out. This place was not cheap and they offered no compensation or solution other than a sorry! I can’t recommend this place and won’t stay here again.

Location, location, location!! Step from your deck steps onto the beach. Close to restaurants, store and a huge beautiful beach. The location itself was private and beautiful but very close to everything else that you would need. Randall was great with communication.

This place was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! It’s far enough away from the resorts to where you almost have your own “private” beach, but close enough to walk to EVERYTHING! There’s snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach chairs, floats…they have everything you need to enjoy the water. John, the property manager, and Don, the property caretaker, were very attentive and always willing to answer any questions we had. This was by far our favorite family vacation, and we will definitely be booking again!

Randall’s place was so beautiful and accommodating! Easy walk to the the west end and west bay. Dive shop is a 30 second walk.

Wonderful!! We stayed with a family of five adults and absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, next door to Las Rocas Dive shop, and the restaurant and the water taxi, so diving and breakfast were extra easy. And the main beach is just a few more steps around the corner. Pick up and drop off were perfect. I would stay here every time!

This condo was great! Within walking distance of West End or West Bay for any activities and also secluded enough to the beach a person can enjoy.
