Accommodations were exactly as depicted. Minor issues were addressed immediately. Centrally located in Zona Dorada thats makes walking everywhere easy Staff on the premises were very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Fernanda and Ana Cristina were excellent hosts. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working and they took less than 10 minutes to respond. The air had a problem and they quickly solved the problem by accommodating me in another of their units. The apartments are very nice, comfortable beds, enough linens. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The apartment is located in the golden zone, so everything is around the Hotel We will definitely rent any of Ana's units again.

Great area and felt safe at all times. Host was responsive, clear communication. Have stayed in this building before and was disappointed to find out that live bands were not allowed outside the building as they were before. At night the pool was a little cold, heated pool would have been a plus. Had a great time overall!
