Michelle was the best of all! . She was super friendly and responsive. We encountered 2 situations: There was no grill when we arrived and the second was that on our last night other guests from the studio accommodation got into our private area (it was a bit awkward) But those situations were addressed by Michelle and I have no words to thank her for everything she did. These were our family vacations, 3 families with 5 dogs (small ones), and despide the craziness of that, I can tell we had the best time ever. Villa Havana is not luxurious and things are not brand new, you can see it’s been there for a while, but if you are looking for a real Mal País experience, this is the place. Havana villa has everything 3-4 families can need to have a wonderful time. Definitely looking to come back and hopefully Michelle will be there for us … thank you for making our mid-year vacations a time to remember.

Lovely host that accommodated a late booking in addition to an early check-in. Unbelievable ambience and really feels like you’re living in Costa Rica with iguanas running around, monkeys jumping over the pool, and much more!

The house is very nice, large, comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy the trip. We stayed 3 days and everything was quiet and cozy. All the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were super clean and tidy. Mich's service was spectacular, very attentive, cordial and helpful.
