Casa Namaste is located in an off-grid, solar-powered community. While there is sufficient power, water, and propane for everyday use, high-energy appliances such as microwaves, hair dryers, and traditional drip coffee makers are not used on the property. Coffee options include a Nespresso machine (original pods), French press, and stovetop methods.

Due to solar power limitations, the home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms, and the pool offers a refreshing way to stay cool.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, covering all indoor and outdoor areas.
