We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough. The house is stunning, beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and even better than we expected. Everything throughout our stay was perfect, but a very special mention has to go to Jimi, who truly made a difference. He was always available, incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. He was a constant point of reference for us and played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Joel was also a fantastic host, and it’s clear how much care and attention goes into both the house and the experience offered to guests. We leave with so many great memories and would absolutely love to come back in the future. A huge thank you from all of us to Joel, Jimi, and everyone involved for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The construction, interior design and the beach views from every room was incredible. While we were there, a tropical storm hit and both Joel and Beth were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. If you are booking a trip to Nicaragua you are missing out if you don’t book here. We hope to come back in the near future!

Very nice, luxurious house in an extraordinary beachfront location! The service was excellent, and they were always ready to help us with whatever we needed.

We came down for a couple of days to surf and relax. The house was perfectly situated and a short drive from world class surf breaks. Jimi the house manager dialed us in and showed us around to all of the local surf breaks, facilitated a fishing trip where we landed the fish of a lifetime, made us feel safe and took care of any and all of our needs including airport transport and car rental. Beth’s home was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The photos do not do it justice. I will definitely be back to stay at Beth’s home.

What a place! My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Bath and Joel's place! The house is even prettier than in the pictures, if that's possible! Jimmy took great care of us, regularly checking to see if everything was okay for us and helping us out. Absolutely lovely! The direct beachfront location is a big plus for long walks or playing in the waves. This house allows you to live without feeling like you're between four walls. Both the grown-ups and the kids were thrilled! Thanks!!!

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront home was absolutely incredible! The property is well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. Waking up to the ocean views each day was unforgettable. The service was absolutely excellent—responsive, attentive, and truly welcoming. Jimmi was so kind and helpful with any questions and needs. The location couldn’t be better, feeling like a much needed peaceful retreat. My family and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We will definitely stay here again!

Had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The construction and materials in this home were just as pictured - wow! Not a lot of homes you see on Airbnb exceed the photos in expectations. Karina was the absolute best and treated us like royalty from the time we booked throughout our stay until we left. She hooked us up with the best restaurants, rental car dropped off and picked up, dropped us off soup when we were feeling sick, horseback riding on the beach, walked us to the tide pools, and took us to a baby turtle release where I literally sobbed. Loved everything about the stay in this gem of a location. Thank you Karina and all the hosts!
