This was an amazing place! Exceeded our expectations. Staff was awesome and very helpful and responsive. Location is perfectly situated in the center of old town. Pool and hot tube are perfect. All of my friends had an awesome time- couldn’t have been better! 👌

William and the entire staff were great. Breakfast service and overall experience was excellent. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to care for your comfort. Casa La Cartujita is one of the best places we've ever stayed at. A private home with impeccable hotel services. The team welcomed us very well, they were polite, pleasant and attentive throughout the stay. The house is spacious, bright and is in one of the best places in Cartagena, walking distance from many sights and numerous restaurants. I recommend it without a doubt.

Booked this house for 8 of us. The listing looked beautiful but we were in awe when we checked in. It was even better and more beautiful than expected. The house is gorgeous, beautiful decor and great amenities. The best part about our stay was the service. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Every single person. The breakfast was to die for! They made sure we had everything we needed. We asked for a lunch when we arrived and it was one of our favorite meals there. They were super helpful with recommendations. Location is 10/10 and our stay was 100000/10!

Great place to stay, walking distance to all shops & restaurants. Nice pool, and all 7 rooms were decent sized & clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The house was beautiful, rooms were cleaned and the staff was on point. The only down side was the layout of the house. The pool was small and the 7 rooms are divided in two areas of the house, so it felt like we were renting two houses instead. Wish the rooms and the common areas were connected as it would had been better for the 13 of us to get access from all rooms to hang out in the common areas.
