This place was the best! The view is insane and you’re right on the water. We had their private chef two nights and the massages another night. The staff was welcoming and was a text away from anything we needed. Would highly recommend

Everything was super good. Efrén and Rodrigo were attentive and available the whole time. They always answered us and helped us. Omar and Willy helped us if we needed anything. They were super nice and decent, and Willy cooks spectacularly! The house is huge and we slept very comfortably. The beach by the house never had sargassum, and we were able to enjoy it a lot.

A very pleasant family vacation. The villa had everything we needed and more, making us all very comfortable. Waking up to that landscape brightens your day, and you can enjoy it from any room. The ladies who helped us with the cleaning were very friendly, and the Solmar team was always attentive. We will definitely be back.

We had a time fantastic time in Cancun. The house was great for our 2 families sharing the space. We used Lily's chef services for several of our meals and everything was great! Communication was clear and concise throughout the entire booking process and stay.

My family and I celebrated my 35th birthday at this beautiful, private villa, and the entire experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The housekeeping team was especially impressive. They kept the kitchen and common areas spotless throughout our stay, often anticipating our needs before we even mentioned them. One of the biggest highlights was the in‑house chef. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and reasonably priced. Enjoying incredible food paired with the stunning views around the property was truly something special. Another memorable moment was being able to walk straight from the pool down into the ocean: breathtaking! The master bedroom was also a dream; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. In fact, the entire villa offered more than enough room. With six of us, we were extremely comfortable, and the space easily could have accommodated a couple more guests.

It was a pleasure working with Solmarrentals. They were extremely responsive to our requests and questions. The excursion to Chichen Itza they arranged was excellent as were the chef services. The housekeeps do a wonderful job. Villa Presidente is a beautiful property with limitations. The home is three stories and there are NO interior handrails. The house is not suitable for older visitors. Also there are no steps leading into the pool nor is there a ladder. The listing mentions a "Butler" but we never encountered anyone meeting that description. The bedroom across from the laundry needs new mattresses or additional foam mattresses. The safe did not work. Also, a reminder that there is no access to a beach. There is access to the water but there are rocks. Beach access is approximately a block away. In spite of these limitations we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay in Cancun.

The house is beautiful and it great shape. It has everything you need to have a wonderful time. The house was clean, the bedrooms are big and nice with amazing views. If we go back to Cancun we will come back here for sure. Worth every penny.

Overall, our experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. From arranging transportation accommodations, and booking excursions, to providing excellent chef services, they truly made us feel like VIP guests. The property itself was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view. It is important to note that the two housekeepers live on the property, so don't be alarmed if you encounter them in the kitchen preparing their meals throughout the day, along with the groundskeeper who is always on hand to assist you. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation experience.
