The Space
Casa Antigua is a historic Spanish-style colonial house situated in the heart of Granada, Nicaragua. This large and elegant property has been fully renovated to blend modern comforts with traditional charm. It retains original features such as 12-foot-high adobe walls, wooden beams and pillars, sculpted fountains, internal courtyards, terracotta tiles, and spacious rooms.
The house includes four bedrooms arranged around a central pool. Each bedroom offers a private bathroom, air conditioning, wireless internet, and cable TV.
The dining room and a pergola beside the pool provide inviting spaces for meals and relaxation.

It’s a great location and beautiful home but it is not clean. The bedrooms were not in a good condition we had to have the staff come in and switch all the bedding.

Amazing stay overall! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and everything matched the description perfectly. The location and overall experience were great, and we had such a fun time staying here. The only small issue was that the AC/airflow in 2 of the rooms wasn’t the best, but besides that everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was fantastic. The house keeping staff were very helpful, courteous and very polite. I was very impressed with the beautiful colonial house. Very well equipped and decorated to very high standards The rooms were very big, the courtyard was like a dream and the location was amazing. The pool was a draam. i do not have anything negative to say about this place. I would recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Rocio's, in a beautiful, unique and charming place. The hosting was absolutely perfect: warm, attentive, and caring. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend this wonderful place for a unique experience :)

Rocio's home in the middle of Granada was perfect for our group. The home is in a traditional colonial style with a wonderful courtyard and pool. The bedrooms were large and perfectly clean. The home was very secure with multiple doors and locks. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor feel of the entire home and spend our nights enjoying the social seating areas in the courtyard. I would highly recomend.

Beautiful colonial home. Raul and Enrique were very helpful and lovely. The home was beautifully historical and we never wanted to leave. Keep in mind that parking is tricky and an extra cost.

This is our 2nd time staying and had a wonderful time. Very friendly, helpful service by Don Enrique and Raul. We love this house. Very close to the restaurants and main attractions. Highly recommend it.

What a gorgeous home. Such a beautiful place. The team was so welcoming and attentive. Professional and incredibly helpful. Everyone was great. The house is so spacious and peaceful. Be mindful of the bells from the church early in the morning (personally, they add to the experience). I’m grateful for letting us stay there and make us feel at home.
