Casa Coromuel takes its name from the cooling westerly winds unique to the East Cape of BCS. Restaurants, the beach, and the seasonal Saturday market are all within easy walking distance, placing you close to everything Los Barriles has to offer.
The property features a sparkling pool and adjoining patio, making it easy to entertain family and friends or enjoy a peaceful retreat. For guests who need to complete some remote work before relaxing, the home also offers high-speed Starlink internet.
The Space
This newly constructed home is tastefully decorated with clean lines and a modern atmosphere. It includes:

- Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room
The spacious eat-in kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home. However, with so many excellent restaurants just a short walk away, you may want to give the family chef a break.
The kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout and connect to the covered patio through a 16-foot sliding glass door. The living room includes a large, comfortable sofa with seating for the entire group, along with a 65-inch smart television.
The primary bedroom offers private patio access, a 65-inch smart television, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The covered outdoor patio includes:

The patio overlooks a saltwater cocktail pool with a tanning shelf, wading area, and built-in seating bench. Chaise lounges are provided for sunbathing, while stacking chairs offer flexible seating. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Important Information
There is no pool gate or fence. Whether to stay with children is a parental choice, but guests are responsible for supervising them.
Pool heating is optional and is not included in the nightly rate. If requested, pool heating costs a separate fixed daily propane fee of $100 USD. Please let us know before arrival if you would like the pool heater prepared for your stay.

This was a great home away from home during our time on Los Barriles. Plenty of space, with lots of handy gear (swim fins, beach chairs and towels, sunscreen) and amenities for our adventures. The host was very responsive, not only sharing helpful tips for nearby events and restaurants (all of which were walkable), but also being flexible about requests and answering questions. We particularly loved how the house was on a quiet side street, while still being a short walk to restaurants, the beach, pickleball, coffee, and bars. Our stay was very relaxing, and we would love to stay again. Highly recommended!!

The place was outstanding! Well decorated and plenty of space. The backyard was perfect for outdoor living. The location was also fantastic. We will be booking the same place for next year. Priscilla couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

Great place! Very clean, spacious and in a great, central location. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated. When we arrived at the house, we saw in the guest book that the pool could be heated for an additional fee. I hadn't noticed that in the description when booking the place but figured I had just missed it. I then inquired with the landscaper about turning it on to which he said he would ask Priscilla. Priscilla then messaged me later that heating the pool was not available. It gets relatively cold at night, which cools down the pool so a heated pool is fairly necessary for it to be usable in my opinion. Other than that, we had a great stay.

This was a wonderful home right by the beach! It was super clean, well appointed and Priscilla was a great communicator. Pool and landscape was beautiful - I cannot say enough about it. We did not want to leave. I would 100% stay here again.
