First, we never interacted with a Rosalba. Our host the entire time was Juan. Juan was a great communicator and offered to take care of anything we needed, including driving us to town. The place advertised air conditioning. This was NOT entirely accurate. 75% of the place was NOT air conditioned. Only the bedrooms had A/C. The main living area and kitchen were unbearable with afternoon and evening heat. The property was beautiful! There was one camera facing the home (undisclosed). One day, we heard landscapers going through a terrible effort to cut down shrubs/trees on the corner of the property. Sadly, they were working to clear the view for a 2nd camera. This camera faces a portion of the pool. :( Again, Juan (co-host?) was great. Offered grocery delivery for a fee and arranged an evening cook for us (she was amazing)
