We liked the place, the cleaning service was very efficient, and Fabián was also very proactive and available. They efficiently resolved the issues that arose, and we felt supported and listened to at all times. A place to go back.

It was a wonderful experience. My family and friends were fascinated. I highly recommend it. The area is very quiet and the pool area is very nice. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Thank you very much for reminding us of the beauties of our country 🙏🙏🙏

The house itself is a 10 out of 10 in the area. Honestly, it had every possible amenity, it's easy to access, and there was always someone to help you with any questions. Beyond that, John and his team were always friendly and helped us with everything. The amenities of the villa are also quite good, and it is quite close to the tourist areas.

Great location! Near good restaurants & only 15 mins from Manuel Antonio NP. The condo is spacious, fresh & modern with nice touches like beach towels. A few practical notes: The condo is a short walk uphill from the parking area (can be challenging with heavy bags) & the access road itself is pretty rugged. Inside, shampoo was missing in one bathroom, and some pots, pans & glasses showed heavy wear. Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The main door lock jammed on arrival, forcing us to get bags through a slippery backyard path, leading to a fall and was fixed next morning. Recurring power outages spoiled our groceries & caused us to miss a dinner reservation. Worst of all, sound insulation between floors is minimal—pet running overhead kept both bedrooms awake all night, making sleep nearly impossible for our stay. The host politely declined a late checkout request. While well-located, the combination of noise, outages, & access issues made our stay less memorable.
