We loved staying here at Lexie's place! Was my kids first time at the beach, was a memorable time collecting shells and checking out the tide pools :) the boat house was full of boogie boards and extra things. The view is amazing and this is a comfortable and quiet relaxing beach home we hope to revisit years to come! Lexie made everything easy for us upon arrival and even leaving :) we hope to be back soon! Memories forever!

We had a wonderful time in Rocky Point overall. The location of this house is truly its biggest asset. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful, the beach was perfect, and it offered all the reasons we love coming to Rocky Point in the first place. The a/c worked great, which was especially appreciated! That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The stove did not function properly, and while the listing advertised a BBQ grill, it was not operational and appeared to be that way for a while. Additionally, the coffee maker had visible mold growth, so we ended up buying our own for the trip. This property has a lot of potential because of its amazing location, but it would benefit from some updates and better maintenance. Alternatively, the nightly rate could be adjusted to better reflect the current condition of the home. We still enjoyed our vacation and hope the owners make a few improvements so future guests can fully enjoy everything this property has to offer.

This is a great house in Las Conchas. We’ve been traveling to this neighborhood for many years and appreciated finding a beachfront property that allowed a dog. The location can’t be beat. The house is spacious and provides almost everything you need! Comfortable beds. The huge covered patio is the best part of the house and we spent most of our time out there. Plenty of sandy beach, and tide pools during low tide. A/C works great, nice fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer that all worked well. Kitchen well stocked but could use some more cereal bowls and teaspoons. As others have mentioned the house does need some maintenance. Nothing that limits use or was inconvenient tho. I agree the boat house could use a clean out of broken and deteriorating items. There was a one person kayak and a two person kayak, but only one intact oar. We did have some issues with insects that hopefully can be corrected, because we would love to come back!

Lexie’s home was beautiful! It was exactly as she described. It was so nice and peaceful, and it had everything we needed!! Lexie was also very kind and responsive! 10/10!!

As others have noted this property could use a few repairs from being located on the beach but the house is well kept and up to date. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. Lexie's house is directly on the beach allowing us to walk out directly onto the sand to explore. Lexie had beach umbrellas, chairs, kayaks and a variety of sand toys to entertain us. There's a variety of chairs on the porch to watch the sunrise and set. We enjoyed having a fire and playing shuffle board.

Lexi’s home is a great family beach house. It has plenty of seating, inside and out, well stocked towels, well appointed kitchen. The boathouse has ample items and toys for the beach. Awesome location.
