At night, the courtyard transforms into a charming, softly lit retreat where you can unwind under the stars while listening to the gentle sound of the waterfall.

The living area is fully enclosed and separated from the courtyard by a wall of panoramic doors. This design allows you to enjoy the outdoor views while relaxing in the living room or dining area.

Recent updates to the home include new furniture, modern kitchen appliances, and the addition of a panoramic enclosure that separates the living area from the open courtyard.

For security, surveillance cameras are installed outside at the front of the house. An alarm system is connected to one camera inside the living room facing the front door. This interior camera is automatically disabled during guest occupancy and when the alarm system is off. It is only active when the house is vacant to ensure security.
