The house is nice and the view is spectacular. But what we liked the most was the service we received. Simon was very attentive to everything we needed. Juan Carlos and his wife were always attentive to us and helped us with everything we needed. And María Ángeles cooked for us every day. We ate very well. Highly recommended and we hope to return.

We had an incredible stay at Simon’s beautiful house in Guatapé! From the moment we arrived, Simon and the mayordomo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality, responsiveness, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. The property was perfect for our family. Our kids had an amazing time exploring, playing, and enjoying the surroundings, while we were finally able to relax and unwind in such a peaceful setting. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Thank you, Simon, for being such an outstanding host and for making our stay so memorable. Great Property to stay very clean and exactly as describe

Excellent accommodation. Simon was super friendly and willing to help at all times. The price is perhaps a bit high compared to other houses with the same features in the area, but it's understandable because the house's finishes are top notch and the people who look after the property are always willing to help. Great accommodation.

The house is unbelievable! Very modern, spacious, organized, super clean pool and jacuzzi, with multiple game tables, fast internet and with all the amenities expected in a luxury stay. The location is perfect and with direct access to the lake to start any water activities right from the house. However, the unique advantage of this house were Simon and his son Devin, they were incredible hosts. Very professional, polite, courteous, respectful and helpful. They were not just hosts but also offered any concierge services that I needed. They got me all different kind of activities (jetskys, pontoons, car boats, ATVs, horses, tours, etc), provided me with a special Chef and maid every day during my stay. And scheduled and negotiated the best providers with the best prices always looking for my best interest. They provided the security, advice and protection that I was looking for since I was traveling from New York and never have been in Guátape/El Penol. I’ll be back 100%. Thanks!

The property is very nice, the house is modern and very comfortable, it has all the amenities, and Simon was an excellent host. Views of the dam and the Peñol rock. Highly recommended.
