Welcome to Casa Coral by Maxwell at Indah

Located on the 10th floor, Casa Coral offers spectacular ocean views and an inviting setting for entertaining or enjoying room service together. The minimalist interior features a spacious couch, expansive sunset views, and sliding balcony doors that open the living area onto a large private balcony.

The property is next to Zona Romántica and approximately a two-minute walk from the beach.

The Space

Dolphins and whales are often visible from the property, while the soothing sound of waves can be heard from the beaches below. Indah is located in a private, quiet area while remaining close to Los Muertos Beach, the Malecón, Mantamar, Blue Chairs, and hundreds of other destinations in Puerto Vallarta.

An additional nightly fee applies for each guest after the fourth person.

The pool facilities are available for guests to enjoy.

Pools and Dining

Indah offers two infinity pools with separate hot tubs and towel service.

The lively rooftop pool includes:

• Sun loungers
• A large dining area
• A swim-up bar
• Music and attentive service

Dining hours include:

• Lower pool area: Breakfast and lunch from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Rooftop: Lunch and dinner from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Room service is also available at no additional cost.

With a staff of more than 20 people, guests receive attentive service throughout their stay.

Guest Access and Important Information

• A resort fee of MXN $518 per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from Maxwell Residences.
• A MXN $5,000 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected at departure.
• Outside drinks, alcohol, food, and snacks are not permitted in the pool areas.
• Beginning March 1, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest identification at the entrance.

The concierge is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Services include:

Restaurants and Bars

• The third-floor bar opens at 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner service is available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Room service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• The restaurant accepts credit and debit cards only.

Pool Hours

• Rooftop terrace: One swimming pool and one jacuzzi, open from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Third-floor terrace: One swimming pool and one jacuzzi, open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Fitness Center

• Open 24 hours
• No reservation required

Private Parking

• One assigned parking space is available.

Directions

1. Head south on Highway 200.
2. Turn right onto Santa Barbara.
3. Take the immediate short left onto Amapas.
4. Turn immediately right toward the Indah building entrance.

The entrance is approximately 100 feet down the road, behind the old but newly remodeled Casa Pedro.

About Indah

Indah is a privately owned condominium building with 46 units. Its staff provides a personalized vacation experience that differs from a traditional hotel. Guests enjoy the comfort of a private residence along with the amenities and service of a dedicated team.

Getting to the Beach

Take the street outside Indah and follow it for approximately 200 meters. Turn right to reach a public beach.

House Rules

• Speakers are not permitted at the pool.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Music is not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on balconies.
• Parties are not permitted.
• Violations may result in immediate eviction.
