The property is located in a secure, gated community and is ideal for both work and leisure.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary suite with a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, dedicated air conditioning, and blackout shades
• Two guest bedrooms, each with two bunk beds consisting of one full-size bed and two twin beds
• Wall-mounted fans and blackout shades in both guest bedrooms

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including a private two-car garage.

Community Amenities

The following shared amenities are available within a five-minute walk:

• Game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and table tennis

Community amenities are complimentary but shared with other residents. They are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Important Access Notes

• The hot tub is reserved for residents and is not available to guests.
• The walk-in closet in the primary bedroom is locked for owner storage and is not available for guest use.

Other Things to Note

Security

Exterior security cameras monitor the property perimeter, including the garage and patio areas. Please do not tamper with, cover, or obstruct the cameras.

Guest Registration

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old. After booking, the full names and identification numbers from a passport or driver’s license for all adult guests must be provided through Airbnb’s secure chat.

Starter Supplies

A starter kit with basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay.

House Rules

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
• After booking, send the full names and identification details from a passport or driver’s license for all adult guests through Airbnb chat.
• No visitors, pets, or parties are permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the home, garage, patio, and community.
• Please respect neighbors and security staff.

Violations of the house rules or community guidelines may result in a $500 fine, additional cleaning fees, and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
