Casa Vida is a six-bedroom luxury villa located within the gated Hacienda Pinilla community. All bedrooms feature king-size or queen-size beds, and three of the king beds can be converted into twin beds.

Guest Access

Guests will receive a secure access code to enter the property. The entire home and outdoor area are private and exclusively available to guests.

By staying at Casa Vida, guests have access to three beaches within Hacienda Pinilla:

• Playa Avellanas
• Playa Mansita
• Playa Langosta

The beaches are approximately a 5–10-minute drive away. Hacienda Pinilla is a 4,500-hectare resort.

Location and Neighborhood

Hacienda Pinilla offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, beaches, and upscale amenities. The community features white-sand beaches, green landscapes, and dramatic sunsets, along with access to some of Costa Rica’s most pristine and uncrowded beaches.

All beaches in Costa Rica are public, but land access to these beaches requires entry through Hacienda Pinilla. This helps preserve their quiet, clean, and serene atmosphere.

Getting Around

Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately one hour away.

Because Hacienda Pinilla is a large resort, a rental car or golf cart is highly recommended for exploring the beaches, trails, and amenities.

Wildlife

Guests may encounter local wildlife, including howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. These animals often appear around the property and offer a close view of Costa Rica’s natural environment.
