Booking Requirements and House Rules

The primary guest must:

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Provide a valid government-issued identification document.
• Remain present for the entire stay.

The villa is located in Blue, a quiet, family-oriented residential community. The owner strictly maintains a peaceful environment.

• Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
• Loud music is prohibited at all times.
• Disturbances affecting neighbors may result in immediate reservation termination without a refund.

We welcome guests of all backgrounds and ages. However, bookings may be declined at the owner’s discretion if a group appears likely to use the property for parties or events that could disrupt the neighborhood.
