The accommodation is located in a condominium complex located near Punta Nizuc, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone offering incredible views of the nichupte lagoon and the sea. It has a beautiful pool and a very nice beach with palapas and lounge chairs, although we were touched by the sargassum season and we couldn't enjoy it. It is 10 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from the hotel area. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious with everything you need to have a very pleasant long stay, like at home, and its view is unparalleled. Mirssa was attentive to every detail at all times, always ready to help. He left us groceries and pantry in the fridge which was a perfect and very thoughtful touch. We had a few details with the A/C but it was quickly fixed. Thank you Mirssa for everything

Mirssa was extremely kind and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place is located near the hotel zone, with 24hour security and is in a safe place. The pool is extremely beautiful and clean, accessible for people with disabilities, clean and beautiful facilities. The apartment has a spectacular view, it is very spacious ,the kitchen is equipped with everything. I would definitely go back to this place.

Great condo with spectacular views! We enjoyed our week at Mirssa’s condo, she was a fabulous host and responded almost immediately to any request or question we had. She was also very generous and accommodating to any special requests that we had before and while we were there. The condo has ample space and is conveniently located near the airport but there are zero amenities nearby, the closest store, an Oxxo, is 3km away. If you are brave enough to drive in Mexico I recommend renting a vehicle as the taxis are incredibly expensive. UBER is an option if you can get one, we were successful about 50% of the time. UBER fees are half to one quarter of what the taxis try and charge. From the airport a taxi wants $85 USD for the 8 minute drive, do not pay this! You can get for $50 if you barter for it. Kitchen could use some additional pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc but you will get by for a week. Unfortunately you cannot use BBQ are so all your meals are indoors. Great pool!

The photos don't do it justice, the place is amazing and very cozy. It has a great view, is super clean and comfortable. I love that Mirssa gives us the option of renting a car to easily get around the city. Mirssa is always attentive to everything, very nice to pick us up at the airport and I highly recommend 🙏🏻 it during your stay in Cancun. We will definitely return to this same place on our next vacation 😊🙌🏻

Just returned home from a wonderful stay at this property with my husband, 3 yo Son, Mother and Father In-law. This unit is beautiful. The views are stunning and we were lucky enough to be staying over NYE celebrations where we saw all of the hotel zone light up with fireworks at midnight. The pool is lovely, and the beach is private and calm. The location is very close to hotel zone (shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc.) but far enough away that you're in your own oasis. The moment we walked into the space we were so pleased, its truly amazing. It's very spacious and modern with large bedrooms, bathrooms and closet space. Mirssa was an exceptional host. She was very responsive the entire time leading up to this trip, answering all of our questions about the property and nearby area. She gave us suggestions of restaurants to go to, things to do, and even helped us order a pizza when our lack of Spanish got in the way . We will definitely be back. Hats off to Mirssa!

We were first time in Cancun in the grandmother, uncle and family constellation with three children. Cancun in high winter season is very difficult because of such high prices. However, the stay was super nice. Mirssa spent a lot of time for us and always reacted to our requests. Mirssa picked us up from the airport and even though my husband's luggage was lost, she waited patiently until for hours when everything went smoothly. A detail regarding the maintenance of the apartment was taken care of immediately and was always on the lookout in a very friendly way. There were two points in which there was a misunderstanding on my part: the fact that there is an additional charge from the condo that is not included in the payment (as stated in the description but I assumed it was included in the price paid to Airbnb) and the fact that transportation to the airport is only one way but not back. Knowing this, there's no loss. Thank you Mirssa for your attention. Yes, we'll be back!
