Nice house with amazing views. We saw monkeys, reptiles and so many beautiful birds just while sitting outside. The house was about 10-20 minutes from beaches and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here! From the porch we saw so many beautiful birds, monkeys, even a coati! The AC was so great with one in each room and 2 units in the living room/kitchen. The beds are all king size and each room has its own bathroom. The beds are firm but comfortable. The view from outside and surroundings of the house are truly the best views you will see during your stay.

Beautiful and spacious property that was easy to find thanks to the detailed check-in videos. The house was spotless, comfortable, and surrounded by incredible views and wildlife—we saw toucans, macaws, and even pigs right outside. We did have a few issues during our stay (no hot water the first night, the dishwasher stopped working, and a brief sewer smell), but Karley was extremely responsive and helpful. She guided us through fixing the hot water immediately and had a technician out the same day to address the dishwasher and investigate the smell. Everything was resolved quickly. The only drawback was the construction happening not far from the property, which took away a little from the peaceful jungle atmosphere, but that’s not the hosts fault and the workers were very respectful. Overall, we loved the home and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. Karley was absolutely amazing—so attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. We were celebrating my daughter’s 22nd birthday, and she went above and beyond to make it special, from the cake and room decorations to personalized goody bags. The only reason I gave 4 stars ( overall stay) instead of 5 is because we had issues with the hot water during most of our 4-day stay, which were only fully resolved on the last day. Karley did everything she could to fix it and kept in touch the entire time, which I really appreciated. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay again!

My stay at Janice’s vacation home in Quebrada Amarilla was incredible. The place is surrounded by peaceful nature with sweeping views of the ocean, lush trees, and endless sky. The home itself is stunning—beautifully designed and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. The infinity pool overlooking the landscape was the highlight, and the open kitchen and spacious living room made it feel like home right away. Accessing the property was effortless thanks to the clear and well-made instruction video. Janice and Karley were both excellent hosts, always attentive and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I loved every part of my stay here and would absolutely return on future trips to Costa Rica.

This has been one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever visited out the country, by far! I felt so at peace staying here. It’s in close proximity to Jaco and the excursions are also nearby. The concierge service that is provided with the home is top tier! Karley did a phenomenal job ensuring I enjoyed my birthday and that my guests and I needs were met every single day while staying in the home. I truly can’t thank her enough for her patience, attentiveness and hospitality. If I’m ever in the area again I most definitely will be staying here!

10/10 experience. The home is beautiful with beautiful views, the pics do not lie. very clean and peaceful. With the most comfortable bed ive ever slept on. This place is a must to book if you are visiting Costa Rica. It was my first time traveling to CR and I must say the host was really helpful with answering so many of the questions I had about my travel in general not just the home and I really did appreciate that.

Had a good stay at the villa ! Host were very helpful in trying to accommodate us during our stay . We only had an issue with WiFi for about a day, but host communicated and attempted to assist throughout the day. The views are incredible, very isolated, peaceful and quiet. Very close to Jaco and playa hermosa.
