Located high on the Flamingo peninsula, this unique property sports a 180° view of the famous Flamingo Beach, Potrero Bay, and a bird's-eye view of the brand new beautifully constructed Flamingo Marina. Whether it's enjoying a magical sunset from our indoor/outdoor air conditioned balcony or waking up to a beautiful sunrise from your deluxe ocean view bedroom, this property provides a true tranquil experience.
The space This peaceful, tranquil condo is located on the top two levels at the very end of the complex providing you with the absolute best views!! Don't worry about keeping track of the key, our guests will be given a simple 4 digit code to enter La Casa de las Vistas. The views are absolutely stunning from every angle on both floors. The elegant open kitchen/living area is perfect for relaxing, games and conversations. The custom made dining table easily accommodates 10 & there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen includes all of the necessities and allows for families to enjoy home-cooked meals. An extra ice maker ensures our guests always have ample ice for refreshing beverages! The condo also has a Ninja because fresh fruit smoothies & blended drinks in Costa Rica are Pura Vida!! Guests can relax and expect big-time comfort and style on our 3-piece sectional. Designed to multitask as a footrest and casually cool sectional, this firmly cushioned piece is covered in a decadently soft chenille microfiber that you will instantly love. After a long day in the sun, enjoy a family movie night with Netfix or Disney Plus on us! The indoor patio offers the best views in the house! Guests can mix in a quick workout with weights while enjoying all the views of Playa Flamingo. Our patio area is truly an extension of our condo with your comfort in mind. Escape in a good book or simply enjoy the incredible ocean view from one of our sunset beds in the indoor/outdoor air conditioned patio area. We hope you don't have to work while you are away, but if you do our condo has wifi on both levels & several working spaces. The main floor also has a small half bathroom & laundry. In the laundry room guests will find 8 luxury beach towels and 4 beach chairs that we truly hope you are able to enjoy!
The upper level of the condo consists of 2 large bedrooms with the option of 4 private sleeping spaces. This condo was intentionally designed to accommodate families. The first bedroom includes a bunk bed (one queen size bed, and one full size bed) and a private ocean view parent suite (one queen size bed). Families sharing this space will also enjoy their own rock wall rain shower bathroom across the hall with an ocean view. The second bedroom includes an elegant master bathroom with lighted mirrors, a rain shower & incredible view of Playa Potrero, a bunk bed (one queen size bed, and one full size bed) and a private ocean view parent suite (one queen size bed) with patio doors.
Every window in this condo provides you with an AMAZING ocean view. Our guests can enjoy the view and are just minutes from the award winning Playa Flamingo beach, the new world class Marina Flamingo, or the stunning Potrero Bay.
Costa Rica is a tropical pearl in the heart of Central America. It offers a perfect combination of beach life, surfing, diving, and snorkeling. Venture inland & the possibilities are endless viewing wildlife, serene waterfalls, dipping in hot springs or trekking through jungles while exploring the Arenal stratovolcano.
Guest access Our complex has a guard on staff around the clock and an open parking lot. Feel free to park in any open space. The complex also has one ocean view pool and one small dunk pool. The larger pool overlooks Playa Flamingo and the smaller dunk pool allows for views of Playa Potrero with the mountains in the back. Guests will also have access to a cardio exercise room & 3 outdoor showers to help with sand removal from the beach.

Amazing condo in a beautiful location. The views could not be better, and the condo was exactly as advertised. Christian/Ben were super responsive and seemed to know what we needed before we knew ourselves. We would definitely come back, and we had the best few days in this little slice of paradise.

Amazing everything. Can’t say enough positive about this place and location. Where to start? Location is walkable to the beach, multiple excellent restaurants, ice cream, groceries, and touristy shopping. The house is beautiful, with expansive views of both the marina and the beach overlooking the Margaritaville resort. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The two full baths on the second level with rain shower showerheads were well appointed. The half bath on the main was convenient as well. The four bedrooms are uniquely situated “tandem style”, so for some this may not be ideal, but it worked well for our larger family. Finally, the access to three beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a couple coolers were nice touches that saved us from having to rent or buy them while on the beach (where we spent hours upon hours on the beautiful sand and in the surf). Many thanks for the rental!

My family had a great time in Playa Flamingo. Ben’s condo is the perfect location that walkable to many shops and restaurants and the views cannot be beat. The converted patio area with lounge chairs was my entire families favorite place to start and end the day. There were amenities we didn’t use but I noticed all the little things that would make other families, especially with smaller kids, so much easier. They’ve put a lot of thought into making their condo practical and beautiful.

Ben and Christian were so easy to deal with and accommodating from start to finish. They were very responsive and answered questions for us before we arrived. The location of the condo is a great home base to explore the entire area. We spent time in Tamarindo, Liberia, La Fortuna, and even took a day trip into Nicaragua. Access to the beach and nearby restaurants and groceries was easy. We did rent the owner’s golf cart, and it made travel around Playa Flamingo and to the beach so much easier.

Very clean condo with excellent views of both Flamingo Beach and the Marina. 5 minute walk to the beach using road but road is steep (low price to pay for the views).
