We had an absolutely incredible stay! The house was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views we enjoyed while in the infinity pool! The chef's food was outstanding—every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, from making drinks and cleaning daily to arranging dinner reservations, golf outings, and boat excursions. We traveled with a group of 23 people and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The team even helped coordinate balloon decorations for our 70s-themed party. A special thank you to Diego, who was my main contact before the trip. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless. This was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. We plan to go back!

I can't share enough positive feedback about our stay here. Felt almost like a boutique hotel. Super clean. We took advantage of hiring the Chef (Jorge) for two meals which were perfect! Eduardo and Diego were both so helpful and attentive during the lead-up to our vacation, and Charlie was fantastic onsite to make sure we felt taken care of. The cleaning staff were so great and friendly as well. We could not have asked for a better home to host our getaway weekend. We feel so lucky to have stayed here. We love Casa Marca!!!

We hosted a client roundtable event at Eduardo's amazing Pedregal villa and it was perfect for our group! Amazing home, high-end finishes, spacious en-suite bedrooms, ridiculous sunset views. Our entire group of guests loved it, but they raved about having their own private room with an ensuite - felt exclusive and private, even in a group setting. Eduardo's team of a butler and housekeepers were amazing, and anything that came up was addressed immediately. Highly recommended!

One note for those that do not know Cabo and the Pedregal - it is not walkable into the Marina District, so you'll have to be proactive for dinners and outings. The beach is a short 10 minute walk, and the return is steep but worth it. Also, the home has lots of stairs in it, so be aware of that. Not an issue for our group.

Words cannot describe how great this Airbnb is!! This is not simply a luxurious stay, but also a luxurious experience. Eduardo, Charlie, and Team were all phenomenal with making my entire group feel right at home. In-home meals, transportation, housekeeping schedule, grocery runs, restaurant reservations, you name it and they'll make sure it happens. This is objectively the best Airbnb in the Pedregal area, hosted by incredible people. I hope to be back!

Eduardo was excellent in communication, but Charlie the Butler & Jorge the chef were really the stars of the show. We ordered a fajita feast the first night there and Jorge was incredible - steak, chicken, and vegetarian options with fresh guac and the fixings. Charlie made amazing fresh margaritas. It was so good we decided to have them come back on our last day and make lunch. The baja fish tacos and cheeseburger sliders were better than any place we ate in Cabo. And at $55 per person -what a steal. I wish we could take Charlie and Jorge with us everywhere we go. They cleaned up after the meals and saved all leftovers for us. Two maids per day kept that place clean as a whistle and freshly laundered towels. Really, truly a 5 star experience. The zero edge pool staring out at the Pacific Ocean and huge breaching whales was incredible as well. Bring binoculars if you go during whale season. You won't be disappointed!

The house was very clean and all of the beds were comfortable. The view from the pool and hottub was spectacular especially when watching the sunset over the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with 17 friends, and our stay was extraordinary. The home is absolutely stunning with ample space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the views; it felt like our own private oasis. Charlie is, without question, the best host I’ve ever experienced. He was responsive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our trip unforgettable. His care, leadership, and attention to every detail made our stay effortless. Cuba crafted incredible drinks and brought such joy and energy to every moment. He even came to the home on his day off! Jorge, our chef, prepared unforgettable meals while accommodating every need with ease. He engaged with the group and handled requests with ease. We also had a slight mishap on the beach and Charlie was to the rescue with such care. Also, our drivers! They were pleasant & timely! This villa and its exceptional team created a milestone experience I will never forget. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough.

La Maraca is an incredible place to stay — it truly combines the luxury of a five-star resort with all the warmth and comfort of home. The layout is perfect for large groups, offering multiple open spaces for entertaining as well as quiet, private bedrooms for relaxation. The location couldn’t be better — just a 10-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute drive to downtown Cabo.

The views are absolutely breathtaking — we even spotted whales from the patio every day, so bring binoculars! The staff and home were both flawless, exceeding all expectations. I can’t recommend La Maraca highly enough and can’t wait to return soon!

First and foremost, Edurado and the team really made the stay for my guest and myself memorable! The communication and accommodations from start to finish was 5 ⭐️s, and could not have been better.

Aside from feeling like we were in top of the world with the amazing view of the ocean, we enjoyed every moment, especially the in-house chef 👌🏼

Casa La Maraca was a phenomenal villa in Pedregal! We came down with a group of 12 and there was plenty of space and beds. The staff was A+. Complements to Chef Jorge and the cleaning staff Adriana & Edith! The place was spotless every day and the meals were absolutely delicious. Charlie has this place operating at a high level. Definitely recommend and 5 stars.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views and a short walk down to the beach (you can’t swim there but it’s still fun to explore). The layout is hotel-style, with each floor accessed by an exterior staircase, which gave everyone privacy which is perfect for couples traveling together. We wished the individual bedroom keypads worked, as some weren’t functional, which made a few of the girls staying alone feel uneasy. The gates and community are secure, but working bedroom locks would add extra peace of mind. The pool and kitchen were awesome, the maids kept everything spotless and the concierge was super helpful with groceries and booking our boat day. The fire pit didn’t work and one main floor room lacked AC, but neither impacted our stay. We did get a noise complaint around 7 PM despite quiet hours starting at 10, but just took festivities inside! Overall, a beautiful home with stunning views, great privacy, and the perfect setup!!! We had an unbelievable stay here and can't wait to come back. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed. Plenty of spaces to eat, talk, relax, and play (the shuffleboard was a surprise hit)! Loved grilling by the infinity pool and looking out onto the ocean view. The rooms were lux with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Felt very safe staying in the private community of Pedregal with its own security.

The staff and service were exceptional and such a big part of what made this stay special. Eduardo, the host, was gracious and communicative -- some of the AC had been affected by a prior storm, and he worked hard to keep us updated and to accommodate to make sure our group was beyond comfortable. The property manager, Charlie, was always so responsive and friendly and was there to field any request. The cleaning crew, Adriana and Edith, kept everything pristine and helped make it a true vacation. Everyone on the crew (Jorge, Diego, Miguel) helped make it all seamless.

We had a great stay overall. The home is beautiful, has fantastic views, and can host a large group! Truly one of a kind.

There were some problems with the air conditioning units due to recent storms, which made the stay uncomfortable for older guests (especially when combined with having to walk lots of outdoor stairs within the property), but Charlie, Miguel, and Eduardo did their best to accommodate us. They were attentive and responsive and went above and beyond in other ways.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Cabo with friends and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and right next to downtown with bars and nightclubs. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and modern, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.

What truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Charlie, the property manager, went above and beyond to take care of everything. Adriana helped coordinate seamlessly, making the trip stress-free from start to finish. Chef Jorge prepared outstanding meals that felt like dining at a top restaurant every day, and the housekeeping team kept the home spotless throughout our stay.

The combination of a prime location, a beautiful home, and such attentive service made this one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cabo.

This place is huge and a great place to stay for a luxurious experience in the nice gated community of Pedregal. I came with a large group of guys and had more than enough space for sleeping and hanging out in the living room/kitchen/pool area.

Charlie was around to help with whatever requests we had, the cleaning crew Noemí and Adriana were excellent and the chef Jorge made a delicious dinner for us at the house.

A couple rooms had AC issues, but Charlie was quick to respond to try and fix it. I would recommend this place for anyone who comes for a trip with a big group to Cabo!

Our stay was amazing. The villa is HUGE and extremely clean and up to date. The staff were spectacular and made our experiences even better than already expected. The house keepers Adrianna & Noemi did such a great job cleaning every day and were fun and easy to talk to. Not only did they clean, the did and folded our laundry and helped us out around the house.

Carlos was great, he was always there to help and was just a text away. Maintaining a house of 15 girls on their bach trip is not an easy thing to do.

Chef Jorge is amazing. Food was great and things were clean and done in a timely manner!

It's a beautiful, new-condition home with huge amounts of space.

The view is sensational, the outdoor kitchen is well-equipped, and the home absolutely huge.

We accommodated our group of 10 men (Stag) very comfortably with room to spare.

The maid service was excellent each morning and they were very accommodating/friendly (Naomi and Adrianna). The concierge Diego was friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating.

Not only was my group thrilled with the location, we are already planning on our next stay - and will definitely re-book here.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here - it may be the best stay I've ever had, anywhere.

Every detail felt luxurious yet comfortable—from the sleek design and full kitchen to the Sonos sound system and keyless entry for most bedrooms. The daily housekeeping service by Noemi and Adriana was discreet and they kept everything spotless, which made it feel like a true vacation. Each bedroom was spacious and private, many with balconies and views. The poolside BBQ and bar area became our favorite hangout spot, perfect for relaxing with music and drinks. One of the standout features was the onsite sushi restaurant. The ocean views are absolutely stunning at every time of day. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, cooking in the open kitchen, or enjoying sunset cocktails, Casa Maraca delivers. It’s ideal for groups, families, or anyone wanting a luxury escape. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return!

This was by far the best Airbnb space I have ever stayed in. The house was actually better than depicted in pictures. We had a group of 15 people and every room had its own bathroom. The area was wonderful super safe with top notch security. The cleaning staff Naomi and Adrianna were just so delightful to be around and did such a great job cleaning each room every single day and so sweet. The host was super responsive tending to all of our needs and accommodating with any questions we had even at very early hours of the day. Everything about this home/stay was phenomenal.
