Private beach house with incredible pool & garden area Welcome to my home ☀️ This recently renovated fully air-conditioned beach house is located in one of the most up-and-coming new areas in Tamarindo. The location is also a dream for every surfer, as the famous beaches Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande and Playa Langosta are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Make yourself at home in this tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation. The space Out of the hustle and bustle, but still super centrally located, you will find everything you need for a short or longterm stay in this 2-bedroom house. The air-conditioned open living, dining area with workplace and 100 Mbps Internet connection ensures that you can also do everything important from here. The two bedrooms are also air-conditioned and give you the (usually) necessary cooling at night. In the garden you will find your private pool area with sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower. The covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. You will also find a fully equipped second bathroom. The beach, supermarkets and banks can be reached within a few minutes of walking. Guest access You get access to the entire property, although there are areas that are closed for storage purposes. Other things to note 🧼 For stays of at least 14 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is included. 💦 The pool maintenance takes place 3 times a week between 16:00 - 18:30. 🌿 The gardener comes by regularly to take care of the garden maintenance. 🦎 Costa Rica is home to a great diversity of animals, so insects are also part of the flora and fauna and are part of life here. We ask you to respect even the smallest members of our ecosystem and not to treat them badly or even kill them. 🚰⚡️The area occasionally experiences planned water conservation times, in which guests may experience a lack of water, as well as power outages. However, these occurrences are usually very short and should not affect the stay. 🚧 Tamarindo is currently experiencing a real construction boom, so please do not be surprised by extraordinary construction measures throughout the city. We are also in a development area, so adjacent construction noise is to be expected until further notice. 🔑 Please note that a fee will be charged if the key or one of the remote controls is lost. If a key is lost, a fee of $50 will be charged. If a remote control is lost, a fee of $150 will be charged.
