Villa Pacifica is a modern, single-level four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home nestled in the Costa Rican rainforest. Located approximately 400 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the villa offers expansive views of the ocean and surrounding jungle.
The property is situated in a gated community with paved road access and on-site staff. A private carport and stone staircase lead to the home.

The private infinity pool overlooks the ocean and jungle. Guests can also relax in the jungle Jacuzzi while enjoying the surrounding hummingbirds and butterflies.
Professionally landscaped gardens attract a variety of hummingbirds and butterflies, and a bird-feeding station provides additional opportunities to observe local wildlife.
Solar Power and Utilities
Villa Pacifica is the first home at Paradise Breezes to feature solar-powered electricity. This renewable energy system provides a sustainable power source with no negative environmental impact.
A battery-backed solar system powers the villa quietly and seamlessly during outages. If an outage continues for an extended period, automatic load shedding keeps primary functions and the security system fully operational.

Esteban was very good at communicating daily and sending staff to fix the few problems we had such as the icemaker and a leaky kitchen sink.

A stunning house in the perfect location! This was a great spot from which to explore this part of the coast. As other reviewers have said, the drive to the property is steep but paved, and there is a long set of stairs from the parking spot to the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has all of the appliances you'll need. The property manager was available when we needed him and gave us great recommendations to local restaurants. We'd stay here again!

Saw monkeys, toucans, and agouti from the deck/pool. Yes you can hear road noise sometimes but you can also hear waves breaking on the beach. Beautiful view of the pacific. The Soda by the entrance serves delicious food and you can walk to it if you don’t mind hills. Great value for my extended family.

Our family stayed for 6 nights. We were able to do a lot in the area with our rental car. The house is in a private community with security. The view to the ocean is nicer in person. We had lots of humming birds visit and toucans in the distance. Everything worked well. Esteban the host was great. We would recommend the house.

The house worked well for us. We loved the area, nearby beaches, and all the wildlife we got to see at the house. We watched a sloth for an entire day, saw white faced monkeys, iguana, scarlet macaws, toucans, and more, all from the front deck! There were a few little things we wouldn’t have expected. The stairs from the carport to the house are very steep and twisty, and it’s a long haul with large luggage, so just be prepared. The kitchen didn’t have any salt or coffee filters, and one of the front door sliders wouldn’t open. A couple things were broken, like a bathroom faucet. I would expect many of those things will be fixed, and Oscar, the concierge, was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely stay at a place with Paradise Management again in the future, they do a fabulous job!

The place is beautiful and the house is well cared for, the view is very good and the pool is very enjoyable. The only detail was that you have to climb many stairs to go to the house and I was sick from my back and I did not know that I had to climb many stairs which was difficult in my condition. so that they are taken into account.
