Important Reservation Information

Housekeeping Service

Housekeepers are mandatory and cost COP 100,000 per day for every eight guests.

• Groups of up to eight guests require one housekeeper.
• Groups of more than eight guests require two housekeepers.
• Groups of more than 16 guests require three housekeepers.

Housekeepers assist with cleaning, cooking, bed organization, and other household tasks. In Colombia, it is customary to share food with them. Payment must be made directly to the housekeepers before check-out.

Logistics Service

A logistics service is required at a cost of COP 60,000 per day.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

• A maximum of four pets is allowed per stay.
• The cost is USD 50 per pet, per stay.
• Payment must be made directly before check-out.
• Pets must be included in the online reservation or reported in advance.
• Exceeding the maximum number of pets without prior authorization will result in an additional charge per pet.

Check-Out

Check-out time must be followed strictly. Flexibility may be possible if no reservation is scheduled to arrive that same day. Please confirm with your Experience Manager before planning a late departure.

Unauthorized late check-outs will be treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

Events

If you plan to hold an event at the property, you must notify us in advance so that the applicable conditions and costs can be reviewed.

Guests and Overnight Stays

• Day visitors are permitted with a fee of COP 50,000 per person.
• Additional overnight guests, from guest number 16 through guest number 18, must pay COP 100,000 per person, per night.

Prohibited Activities

The property strictly prohibits all forms of sex tourism. If such activity is discovered, guests will be required to leave immediately. The local authorities may be contacted, and the incident will be reported to Airbnb. The situation may also be reflected in the guest’s personal review.
