The Space

Originally built in the 1940s, the house was recently restored to provide modern amenities while preserving its historic charm. Spacious rooms and period architectural details create an authentic setting in Puebla’s Historic Center.

Guest Access

The house is exclusively for your use and is not shared with other guests. One upper-floor room is used for storage and remains closed, as does the service room in the backyard.

Additional Information

• The garage accommodates two large SUVs.
• If you are traveling with additional vehicles, a paid parking lot is located approximately a five-minute walk away. The cost is $60 MXN per 24 hours.
• For stays longer than one week, guests must arrange weekly cleaning service at a cost of $450 MXN to keep the house in optimal condition.
• The house is located on a street with public transportation, so daytime noise may occur. This may be a consideration for guests seeking a completely quiet environment.
• During hot, sunny days, particularly in spring and summer, the house can become warm. There is no air conditioning, but household fans are provided for comfort.
• For safety, the fans are intended for household use only and may overheat if operated for extended periods. We recommend using them intermittently to help prevent accidents.
