The house includes three bedrooms:

• Two main bedrooms are roomy, each with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
• The third bedroom is also spacious, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a dresser.
• The main bedroom has private access to a balcony, and its bathroom includes both a bathtub and an outdoor shower.

There are two living rooms, one situated on each floor.
