• A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to reach the villa. Access involves scenic country dirt roads.
• Assistance is available with booking a four-wheel-drive vehicle at a 10% discount, either in San Juan del Sur or at the airport.
• Cleaning supplies are available for guests during their stay.
• Casa Tres Peces is a non-smoking home.
