We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect, only a couple minute walk to colorados. Roger was responsive and helpful during our stay, and even helped coordinate a boat driver to take us to Lances and other nearby waves. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommended. The house is super clean, a pleasant atmosphere and the pool is super nice and clean. The place is super exclusive and we had a great time. The host is easy-going and very friendly

A new house, fully equipped. I loved it!! The location is very close to the beach. Roger was an excellent host, responsive, and gave us support in everything we needed. He was attentive to us at all times!!! I definitely want to return soon :)

We were asked to pay for a cash deposit at check in told the guy I had booked through Airbnb, we also paid for a late check out fee which we didn’t use because we had issues with the water system and the water was black, therefore it was unsanitary to stay, requested to have the money back, still waiting for it. Do not recommend House looks recently built which is great. Beautiful open concept Downside is if you stayed at hacienda iguana before you know the commercial electricity isn’t that stable, we were without light for 3 hours during the night. My only recommendation would be for the property to have a generator in case the lights go out.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday stay at this beautiful property with my wife and kids. The house was stunning inside and out, providing all the comfort and charm we could have hoped for. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the clubhouse, which sits right in front of the beach offering breathtaking views. Roger Alberto, our host, was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made sure every question or request was promptly addressed, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The amenities at Hacienda Iguana added so much to our trip, but the biggest highlight was, without a doubt, the pristine beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The stay at the U3 house was just what you saw in the photos, 100mts walking from the point of Playa Colorado para surfear and Pili's Bar. The house is clean and super spacious. Nothing to add everything impeccable. Super recommended.
