The Space
The home is arranged across several levels:
- The oversized primary bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom with shower, balcony, and excellent lake views.
- The VIP bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom.
- Two additional bedrooms each have a double bed and bunk beds, with a shared bathroom and shower.

Cleaning and Optional Meal Service
Laura cleans the interior of the home, while her husband, Sergio, maintains the exterior. They have worked at the property for many years and have provided service for celebrities.
Cleaning service is included at no additional cost. If you would like Laura to prepare breakfast or lunch, the service costs 350 Mexican pesos per day, and you provide the ingredients.
Guest Access
The property has an automatic gate. A code will be provided for access.
Important Information
Like many properties in Teques, the home is built down the hillside toward the lake and includes stairs. Guests with mobility issues should consider booking another property.
Two kayaks are available for guest use at no additional cost.
The pool is normally warm because of the hot climate. If you would like it heated, pool heating costs 1,850 Mexican pesos, payable in advance so the gas can be ordered.

The house is impeccable, and the hosts are super, the most attentive. Sergio and Laura were super nice and always kept everything very clean. There's no need to leave the house. Perfect recommendations for stores, recreational services and food delivery. We had an amazing time. Yes, we would come back. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The photos definitely don't do the house justice; in person it's even prettier. Everything is spotless, very well maintained, and really designed for enjoying the weekend. Karla was an amazing host. From before our arrival, she was always attentive, answered all our questions very quickly and also shared a super useful guide with us with recommendations for restaurants, ski and boat rentals, and even the contact to book massages, which made organizing our activities very easy. In addition, there are two people in charge of the house who are always attentive to cleaning and anything needed during the stay, which makes the experience even more comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was spotless: excellent sheets, rooms and overall cleanliness. Laura was very attentive, and Sergio always kept the outdoor areas clean. The view is spectacular and the property's main attraction. However, we do not recommend it for older adults or people with reduced mobility, as it has many steps and uneven surfaces (this was not our case, but for other guests). As areas for improvement, there was no hot water in the shared bathroom and the shower pressure was very low. The steps on the dock are very slippery; it would be advisable to post a caution notice to prevent accidents (someone in our group slipped when getting off the boat). Pool heating has an additional cost of $1,000, although with the warm weather it was not necessary. Overall, it's a great option because of its cleanliness, service, and stunning views.

The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The master bedroom is spectacular and the view is simply priceless. The additional amenities, such as the kayak, and Laura's support with food, activities, and logistics make the experience exceptional. From recommendations to coordinating services, they were always attentive to every detail. We would definitely recommend it and would gladly return.
