The third bedroom is located in the private loft adjacent to the main house. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views while relaxing in the pool.

The house is conveniently positioned just a 7-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride from the stunning turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. It is also only 5 minutes away from downtown Tulum.

This property is part of a collection of five homes built together and situated next to each other, ideal for accommodating groups of up to 50 people. Each home has a unique style and decor and can be rented individually or collectively. When multiple homes are booked together, gates between the properties can be opened to create a large shared outdoor space.
Only registered guests staying in the homes are permitted access to the neighborhood.

Entry to the community requires a QR code and ID verification, ensuring a safe environment.
Additional Information
- Housekeeping is provided every other day unless otherwise requested.
- Aldea Zamá is a developing community; nearby construction may cause noise Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No construction occurs on Sundays. Pricing reflects this consideration.
- To conserve energy, please turn off all air conditioning units when not in the house.
- Beach and pool towels are supplied; a fee will be charged for any lost or damaged towels.
- Smoking or vaping inside the house is prohibited; a $200 cleaning fee applies if violated.
- Drinking water is provided, and water and ice from the refrigerator are safe to consume.
- Washer and dryer are located on the rooftop; some detergent is available.
- No parties are allowed. Please respect neighbors by avoiding loud music outdoors after 11:00 p.m.
- Valuables should be stored in the safe inside the house.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

We stayed at Casa David for a Bachelorette and it was perfect! The Airbnb host, Michelle, set us up with her concierge, Gaby, who was waiting for us upon arrival and helped plan all of our transportation, reservations, and excursions in advance. The host, Damian, also made sure we were comfortable in the house and was available when we had any questions. There is construction in the area but we were never awoken or bothered by it. Incredible accommodations and customer service and would highly recommend.

Damien was amazing!! He was very responsive to any issues or concerns that we had during our stay! Gabby was also very helpful with her recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and adventures. We had a blast exploring Tulum on our personal ATVs that we rented for the week. I would highly recommend using ATVs or scooters to see Tulum. Shopping is close and easily accessible from this location. This area also presents as a safe and family oriented place to stay while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thanks to Michelle and her amazing team for a wonderful vacation in Tulum! We look forward to returning one day!

Our stay at the Michelle’s beautiful oasis in Tulum was truly exquisite. The property is beautifully equipped with gated security, modern decor, manicured landscaping, swimming pool, and an exceptionally luxurious ambience. Michelle, Gabby, and Damian were wonderful as usual, available for all our needs; creating a very welcoming environment. I would definitely stay here again and AGAIN! If you are looking for a worry free luxurious experience, I would recommend a stay at anyone of Michelle’s beautiful places in Tulum, Mexico!!

Such a great place the host my bachelorette, Michelle and her team are top-notch! Damian (the property manager) and Gabby (in charge of guest services) went above and beyond to meet our needs. It was like staying at a hotel, anything we needed was at our door with 10 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place with our 3 kids. It’s a gorgeous villa - really spacious and comfortable - and the cleaning every other day made it feel like we were in a hotel. We loved the rooftop pool - it’s not huge but really warm and great for relaxing in. Gaby and Damian were really attentive and helped us with local recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic property! The villa is great. Beautiful, comfortable, and very nicely located near cafes and restaurants. We had a great time with the villa next door as well! We’ll definitely stay again in the future. As far as Tulum goes this place is incredible!
