The Villa
This exceptional multilevel villa features elegant, modern décor and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. An elevator provides convenient access throughout the property, while four of the five bedrooms include private splash pools on their balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the bay views while cooling off.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is located approximately 10 minutes south of Old Town Vallarta.
Staff and Services
The property includes professional staff service from Monday through Saturday for approximately eight hours per day:
- Daily maid service
- A cook who prepares two meals per day
- A houseman who assists with meal service and drinks
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Daily household cleaning and linen service
- Bartending service, including margaritas by the pool
- Snacks such as guacamole and nachos
The cook prepares either breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner. The service includes grocery shopping, preparation, serving, and cleanup. Guests are responsible for the cost of food and beverages, along with a 10% shopping fee.
The staff can accommodate food allergies and special requests when advised in advance. Grocery receipts are provided for reimbursement.
Please remember to tip the staff for their excellent service.
Additional staff hours may be available for an extra charge. Sunday service is limited, so please contact us in advance if you require assistance on that day.

- Food and beverages are not included in the rental price.
- A 10% grocery-shopping fee applies.
- Maximum occupancy is two guests per bedroom.
- Minimum rental duration during Christmas and New Year’s is seven nights.

Holiday Rental Periods
During the holiday season, rentals are available according to the following schedules:

To stay through both holidays, a minimum rental of 12 nights is required.

Everything about this home and the people were beyond amazing. We were treated like royalty from the time we checked in until check out. Tony, Sergio, Mayra, Juan, and Alberto took great care of us. From the hospitality, to the friendliness, to the home cooked meals, to the amazing sunsets, and more - everything was perfect. The team will provide you whatever you want, whenever you want. I cannot recommend this oceanfront house enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the ocean and the luxurious amenities of the property. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. What really made our stay here stand out was the delicious food and the amazing staff. Every meal we had was simply fantastic-from fresh seafood to authentic Mexican dishes, we never had a bad meal during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ocean views were simply breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the balcony watching the sunset or lounging by the pool. I would highly recommend this oceanfront house to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in PV. The combination of beautiful views, delicious food, and exceptional staff make it truly one of a kind!!

Absolutely gorgeous property for our group of 7 for a WFH week! The home is stunning as soon as you open the giant doors and there is so much open air space - the ocean views are gorgeous. You can hear waves throughout and it's so incredibly relaxing. Spacious rooms with attentive staff. With large groups it's easy to feel slighted but each room had unique touches and comfortable beds/pillows to make for a relaxing night's rest. Everything was clean and neat and our rooms were reset daily. We had great meals in house daily and our concierge made wonderful recommendations for dinner and took care of our reservations. The heated pool was the icing on the cake and meant we could take as many late night swims as we wanted! They even had a few floaties for a relaxing sunbathe and the bluetooth speaker was powerful. 10/10 would recommend. Planning to stay again.

Overall, this was a good experience. The place is gorgeous; all the rooms are equally appointed (so no awkward "I got the bad room"); the views, pool, common areas are all exactly as shown in the pictures (and in lots of ways even better). Having a staff is a huge luxury, too! But, there were a few things that could have made it a great experience that might help future travelers: 1) Communication ahead of the trip was very challenging. Because there were different people managing different questions (eg Can I check in early? How much will stocking the villa cost? Options for transit from the airport?), it often took a very long time to get to a reply 2) Stocking the villa. For many, understanding costs and knowing what quantities to buy is important. The team could have been more helpful! Also payment for this needs to happen in cash (inconvenient). 3) Location is isolated. Basically nothing is walkable. 4) GPS directions take you ten minutes from the address on the listing.

This was truly the Airbnb experience of our dreams! Our hosts were so amazing every step of the way. From being very flexible about the needs of our group prior to our arrival, to taking care of us with truly top notch service through the entire duration of our stay. The house is beyond pristine with the most beautiful views, pool area, bedrooms, and living spaces. It was honestly even better than staying in a top tier 5-star hotel! All of the house staff was absolutely incredible and made our stay so luxurious and amazing, from all of the delicious drinks, meals and snacks, to help with grocery shopping, and keeping everything spotless for us all weekend long! Monse, our concierge, was also so helpful in coordinating everything we needed, including airport and other transportation for our large group. The only negative part of our trip was having to leave Casa Almare! We hope we can come back for another stay as soon as possible - stay here, you will not regret it!

AMAZING stay . . . 100% would recommend. The house is great, the views are to die for, and the staff was incredible. We went with a big group for a milestone birthday and it was perfect. The setup was ideal for groups in terms of the layout, bedroom / bathroom situation etc. Only downside is that it's pricey, but if you want something special and are OK with the price this is a great option.
