The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and supermarkets. Vidanta Hotel is also within walking distance.

Parking

One covered parking space is included.

If an additional parking space is needed, it may be available for an extra fee. Additional spaces are assigned at reception during check-in, subject to availability.

Condominium Charges

• At check-in, the front desk will request a card to hold a MXN 3,000 deposit. The deposit may be released at check-out, provided the condominium rules have been followed.
• Each visitor receives a wristband at a cost of MXN 35 per person.
• To purchase items at the snack bar or pool bar, guests must buy a card for MXN 50, plus the desired balance.
  • If money remains on the card at departure, please notify reception so it can be refunded.
  • The card may be kept for future visits.
• The beach awning is already included in the reservation, so no additional payment is required.

Condominium Regulations

• The maximum occupancy is eight guests, including children and infants.
• Pets are not allowed and will be denied access.
• Loud parties, gatherings, music, and television are prohibited.
• Visitors are not permitted.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Proper swimwear is required in the pool. T-shirts and other inappropriate clothing are not permitted.
• Each apartment is entitled to four pool beds and one pool umbrella. These are not reserved.
• Ice makers, food, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. These items may only be used at the beach or bar area.
• Children under 12 years old may not use the facilities without adult supervision.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool.
• Only blue-and-white towels are permitted in the pool area.
• Do not obstruct the pool fountain’s water outlet.
• Inflatables and ball games are prohibited in the pool.
• When entering the pool area from the beach, remove sand from your body and clean any objects containing sand.
• Domestic employees are not permitted in the pool.
• Swimming and fishing in the lake are prohibited.
• Fighting and noisy games are not allowed in common areas.
• Listening to music inside the condominium is not permitted.
• Parking on the access street to the condominiums is prohibited, except for passenger drop-off and pick-up.
• Clothes and towels may not be hung on the terrace.

Violations of the rules may result in a fine starting at MXN 3,000.
