Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Disposing of ashes anywhere on the property is prohibited.
• Violations will result in a $200 USD fine.

Visitors

• Visitors not included in the Airbnb reservation must be registered in advance.
• Each visitor must provide a photo and valid identification, such as a national ID or passport.
• Visitors without valid identification will not be permitted to enter or stay overnight.
• Failure to follow these requirements will result in a $200 USD fine.

Minors

Minors are permitted only when accompanied by their biological parents, who must provide supporting documentation.

Conduct

Inappropriate behavior is prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Use of illegal drugs
• Property damage
• Fights or violence
• Sexual activity

Violations will result in a $200 USD fine.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the shared or common areas of the house.

Any violation of these house rules will result in the applicable fine, and the guest will be properly notified.
