Every room features air conditioning, and the house is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a television, WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the bay. For the ultimate vacation experience, hire our excellent cook, Katalina, and relax without a worry.
Feel balanced in this house that beautifully combines the cozy sense of a bungalow with warm soft tones throughout. It remains cool and airy, with plenty of natural light from the large elegant glass sliding doors, providing an upscale luxury finish.
The house features:
- Two private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and hot water
- A loft with high ceilings
- Accommodations for up to 9 guests (two in each bedroom, two in the loft, and three convertible couches in the living room for extra room)
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to all of the amenities of our home, including the parking area and the infinity pool (the pool is shared with the neighboring house).
Other Things to Note
The infinity pool is shared with our neighboring house and offers one of the best views of San Juan del Sur and the bay. This is not only a vacation rental but also our beloved personal home. Rob was een super goede host met een erg fijn huis. Schoon, ruim, precies zoals beschreven (eigenlijk nog fijner dan op de foto’s). Speciale dank aan Katalina, zij heeft een heerlijk prive diner voor ons gekookt voor een schappelijke prijs. Het was het lekkerste wat we in 2,5 week in Nicaragua gegeten hebben!! Dank Rob en Katalina

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is top! En het uitzicht nog beter. Het is even pittig de 1e keer met de auto omhoog, maar het wende snel. Alles goed te lopen naar het centrum. Leuke activiteiten in de omgeving! Zou het iedereen aanraden!

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. One thing I didn't realize is that you need to walk up a fairly steep uphill path and stairs to access the home, and there are no safety railings. If you're traveling with young children or older adults, just be prepared to assist them. We also spotted a few scorpions inside the house, which is something to keep in mind when staying in a home surrounded by the jungle. We experienced a power outage overnight as well, but Rob was very accommodating, responsive, and kept us informed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book this property again.

My friends and I had a great first trip to San Juan Del Sur and staying at Casa Sueños really made the experience. We felt right at home and enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the porch. Rob and Katalina were fabulous hosts. So kind and hospitable.

Spectacular home with an even more spectacular view just a quick walk from the center of town. Our kids (5 and 7) fell in love with the house.

Beautiful colonial-style house with an awesome view of the beach & bay. The kids loved the games, books and open plan living space, which is great for families. The loft bedroom was particularly fun. It’s at the top of a steep drive but not difficult to access. The parking is below the house down some steps, again not an issue but worth being aware of. The local dogs like hanging out on the terrace, they are mostly peaceful and pretty friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.
