Beach Club Fees

A flat per-person fee is charged once per rental stay for stays of up to 30 days.

• Adults and teenagers aged 13 and older: USD 50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children aged 5–12: USD 30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
• Children under 5: No charge

Payment Requirements

• The fee must be paid before arrival.
• Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received, based on the written declaration submitted by the homeowner or their representative.

Tee off at Punta Mita’s two world-class golf courses, both designed by Jack Nicklaus:

Golf Cart

A six-passenger golf cart is included with the rental and is ideal for navigating the resort. The cart may be used after a user agreement has been signed and an additional refundable damage deposit has been collected.

Important Information

The homeowners’ association enforces a strict maximum occupancy of 8 people, regardless of age.

The unit across the hall will undergo renovations from August 24 through October 24, 2026. The homeowners’ association enforces specific rules regarding permitted construction days, hours, and seasons. The reduced nightly rate reflects the possibility of noise or other temporary inconveniences during this period.

Loud work will not occur continuously throughout the renovation. Construction activity may take place during different stages of the project.
