A screened 1BR cabaña with a king bed, private deck, and garden sits 50 meters from Playa Carbonera. Enjoy beach access, wildlife-rich grounds, a shared pool, and fast Starlink internet.
The Space
Casa Lluvia offers a tranquil retreat just 50 meters from the beach, where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake to the calls of howler monkeys. Whether you prefer to unwind surrounded by nature or seek adventure, this beachfront cabaña provides everything you need.
Situated on Playa Carbonera on the Osa Peninsula—one of the planet’s most biodiverse regions—our 3-acre property is home to all four species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, anteaters, coatis, Baird’s tapirs, and many other wildlife species. The landscaped gardens feature numerous fruit trees, and we actively plant native species that local animals rely on for food.
This cozy cabaña is ideal for couples, featuring:
- A king-size bed
- Private deck
- Comfortable sofa
- Work table
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, and other essentials. The open, airy design is completely screened to maximize cross breezes, complemented by both ceiling and standalone fans.
Casa Lluvia is located just 60 meters from the beach and includes a private garden area. The property operates entirely off-grid with ample solar power. Water is sourced from our rainforest well, and a water filter is provided inside the house.
High-speed internet is available via Starlink, making it easy to handle any work during your stay.

Location and Activities
The property is within walking distance of a local bar and restaurant, and several other dining options are reachable within a 10-minute drive. The beach features both rocky and sandy areas, so we recommend wearing water shoes or strapped sandals for walking and wading.

- Day trips to Corcovado National Park
- Surfing at Playa Pan Dulce (15-minute walk along the beach)
- Visiting a chocolate farm
- Trophy fishing
- Zip-lining through the rainforest canopy
- Relaxing in a hammock with a good book
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the beach, pool, and gardens. One recent visitor shared, "We were really impressed with the amount of nature we got to experience on the property alone, both plants and animals."
Our hope is that you will "allow grace to seep into your life as nature surrounds you" here at Naturaleza Y Gracia.

Just what I needed. A couple of great days of surfing. Fresh river water swimming, sound of nature! Anthony the onsite manager was great, from helping change Sansa flights to showing me a new surf break. The small dipping pool and outdoor showers are always welcoming after a hot day of walking, surfing, playing in the tide pools. Thank you

We would like to start our review by saying thank you: Thank you for this beautiful little piece of earth that you have kept ready and protected there. It’s for sale, and if you’ve been there, you’d want nothing more than for it to end up in equally loving hands. The place is like glamping in a house, which makes you feel so close to nature and allows you to enjoy it to the fullest. Everything runs on solar energy, and it’s fun to adapt to nature and live in harmony with it, even if you’re not used to that from everyday life in the Western world. You can walk right to the sea and a beautiful beach, and Anthony, the property manager, is incredibly nice and helpful—always on hand! We saw a large part of Costa Rica's wildlife on our property, which shows how comfortable the animals feel there. Close, quiet and trustworthy. You need a rental car, and then you can easily explore the surroundings, which have some great spots. Thanks for this experience

I had a great time at Naturaleza y gracia. The grounds are very well kept, the manager is extremely friendly and the amount of wildlife observed inside the ground is truly astonishing. Very recommended.
