The Space
This house offers a comfortable layout featuring two kitchens and three bathrooms. A separate divider allows one bedroom, along with a kitchen and bathroom, to be sectioned off, providing extra privacy for part of your group if desired.
Designed uniquely, the property can be divided into two smaller living areas thanks to its dual kitchens and bathrooms. Its close proximity to the beach is exceptional—you can easily reach the sand or enjoy a Cleopatra cocktail at the Beach Club within moments.
If you want a beachfront home at a price lower than typical beachfront properties, this is an ideal choice. It is the closest house of its kind to the beach.
Please note that guests are responsible for covering the electricity bill, which is charged monthly.

The house is just steps away from Colorado’s Break, the Beach Club, restaurant, bar, and the community pool. There is no need for a golf cart or bicycle since everything you need is within easy walking distance.

Location location location!!!! So close to Pili's , playa colorado & Panga. I have stayed at a lot of places in Hacienda Iguana and this is my FAVORITE! The water pressure alone makes this house GREAT. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was very well stocked to do that.

Great, large house right on the beach (2-minute walk). Fantastically equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, and dry cleaning was also available. Good internet. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house in a great location, less than 100 meters from the beach. Very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly, and they respond to your questions very quickly.

We loved our stay. The place was a perfect fit for us. Very clean. The walk to the beach was short and restaurants close. The responses were quick and assistance was always there when needed. I would highly recommend this place!! I defiantly would stay again.
